1) Below is the sample dashboard with white bachgroud.
2) Right clcik on the body of the report, you will get 3 options for uploading the image External, Embedded, Database
3) External is used to show the Image from sites or report server. you can pass the URL of the image also. Embedded option is used to upload the image in the report rdl itself. this option is good when it is one time change. database option is used to pull the image from database field.
4) Here we are going to use Embedded option. select the embedded option and import the image. Click ok.
4) Now you can see backgroud has been changed.
